Allow the admin to create predefined sections for the users within the Webex app from the admin end "Control hub", such as IT Department, Finance Department, HR Department, etc. Each section would comprise members sourced from the Active Directory.

This setup would allow every employee to conveniently engage with their desired department by selecting the relevant section. They'd find a list of all the names they need to reach out to for seamless communication.
