Control the Call Waiting Tone by Control Hub

One of our customers is using a common extension.

If we receive another call during the phone conversation with the extention, we will hear a Call Waiting Tone (beep).

When this frequency becomes high, it is annoying...

I consulted with a Cisco engineer whether it is possible to prevent it from ringing.

His answer was, "the phones have had a configuration which can controll ON/OFF, but ControlHub is not supported to control it".

I strongly hope that this function will be realized as soon as possible.
