Link Webex App and Desktop Phone line status

The webex app and desktop phone should be aware of the line status of each device. Ideally, if you answer a call on the app, and a second call is inbound, the desktop phone would be aware of the first call and handle the call like call waiting rather than ring. The same should also happen in reverse. If I'm on my desk phone and a second call is inbound, the app should not ring, but should instead treat the call like call waiting and provide a soft single tone and notification.
