Would you pls consider adding a site-level switch which makes the admin be able to forbid all users to custom the [Queit hours schedule]

as customer's request,

if we can add a switch in Control-hub, in which admin can manage Notification in app side by site-level.

certain single user may change the [Quite hours schedule] by kind of misunderstanding,

This causes that some important calls could not be responsed.

    Thank you for your feedback! This is not likely to be implemented. It seems the problem is users are incorrectly setting the time for QHs using the custom setting. This is feedback I have shared with our UX team to see how to improve the experience, but with most notification muting features (turning off in settings, DND) we do not allow these to be turned off at an organization level.
