Control Hub Device Alerts - Allow targeting by device location

Would be nice to be able to target devices at a specific location(s) for alerts in a rule rather than either choosing All Devices or having to manually select individual devices with a limit of 30 total.

    Please increase device alerts rules more than 10, also increase device limit in each rule.
