Webex Contact Center Create Task API OUTDIAL using service account

The Webex Contact Center Create Task API has three types as options for the outboundType, OUTDIAL, EXECUTE_FLOW and CALLBACK. It is fairly easy to use a service account to use the EXECUTE_FLOW and CALLBACK options.

The OUTDIAL option requires you to use the account that will receive the OUTDIAL which both limits its usefulness and greatly increases the complexity of using the option as it would require a token for the individual user. If we could use a service account and specify the agent to receive the OUTDIAL in some way this option would be much more usable.
