Adjustable WebRTC audio settings

When an agent receives an incoming call and they are using the 'Desktop' option for audio (Dial Number/Extension/Desktop) - I have noticed the agent only receives a single audible ring and all subsequent "rings" are on the desktop via notification pop-ups; you don't see this behavior with the WebEx App. Can this be changed so you can hear every ring until the call hits the RONA limit?
