Webex App - Add a Notification Feature for Status change to available

It would like to have a feature that we can click and have Webex notify us when specific users go back into available state. When I need to speak to someone I am constantly checking to see if they are off their calls and available. It would be nice to set a notification and just wait to receive the alert that they are now available.
