Notification to advise customers that they must manually activate the "VoIP integrated" toggle in the Control Hub following the migration from the site admin.

Recent customer feedback indicates concerns about the lack of activation of the VoIP joining option in Webex meetings. After checking this issue with the Service Operation team, they confirmed that there were no changes made to the VoIP settings, however, if the VoIP settings for the site were never enabled initially, and meetings had CMR capabilities allowing video endpoints to join. In the legacy architecture, CMR requires VoIP, and in this case, the "null" setting was overridden under the legacy architecture, granting VOIP capability even with the setting turned off.

This discrepancy was only identified when the site was moved to the new Webex Meetings Suite Platform client. The new platform strictly enforces the VoIP setting when VoIP is disabled, and CMR is enabled.

Nevertheless, customers are advised to receive a notification to alert them of such changes they need to implement upon migrating to the Control Hub, thereby preventing any adverse impacts on their businesses.
