Remove Calling Tab/dialpad from an iOS Device when all calling disabled from app

We have iPads with the Webex App we have removed App to App dialing and WxC dialing option. If the app is not utilized for any dialing we would like the dial-pad to be removed from the Webex app UI as we want the Webex app should be used for Meetings only.
