We are in the process of creating a custom dashboard to monitor the utilization of rooms. The process involves generating a "Meeting Attendees" report in their current system, CH, to ascertain which users and what devices were involved in the meeting. The customer would like to link the information from the report to the devices listed on CH.

The issue arises from an inconsistency in the user names displayed in the "Meeting Attendees" report and those shown on the Device Page of CH. The customer notes that these user names are not identical, creating a challenge in identifying devices from the report.

The customer is seeking a solution to identify a unique identifier associated with each device. This identifier should ideally be searchable within the "Meeting Attendees" report, allowing them to connect the devices with their respective users effectively.

Per engineering feedback currently Cisco do not have a report or any feature that can support this thus, this request to implement in the future release.
