Enable Webex Calling on Linux webex app

The Webex App on Linux is not compatible with Webex Calling. The calling feature works as CUCM endpoint when using the "Register to Unified Communications Manager (UCM)" license. However, when you activate your Webex Calling professional license, calling features are removed.
