Move the UI panel so it doesn't block shared content

When sharing content, the UI panel on the left side of the screen almost always blocks the content that is being shared — which defeats the purpose of sharing content in the first place. There is no way to make this panel go away and there is plenty of room in the UI shell to put it in a place where it's not blocking contentl

    Bug ID CSCvw31598, don't think this is persistent on Windows though and does fade away on it's own, the top-center that shows who is sharing content is also persistent and not only the left panel

    The key sequence ctrl-shift-q used to hide this but that seems to be disabled now. Please add that back or fix it. Thanks!
