Prevent features on recordings from webex support

The customer asking to add the below features on webex support:

1) prevent hosts to reassign, edit, disable, and delete recordings for webex support

2) Prevent the downloading of recordings webex support

3) Sending/share the call recording link by mail for webex support

4) Prevent opening the WebEx records from outside the org for webex support
