Have the option to control hide thumbnail pane and sync your stage under recordings layout

currently, underlayout you can choose how you would like to have your meeting appear, but when a user uses "sync your stage with everyone" , thumbnail pane for attendees appears in cloud recordings as this is confusing, customers wish for more feasiblity as this should be an option to have under recordings layout to control it and avoid such issues in the future
