Webex support for the ability to silently monitor an ongoing Webex meeting

Currently on Control Hub there is a feature to join the a Webex meeting to troubleshoot but the participants on the meeting can see that you have joined the meeting. The customer would like that feature to be a silent monitoring like the feature that exists for contact center supervisor.
