When deleting a device, prompt if deletion

When deleting a device, prompt if deletion of entries in hunt and park groups is also desired.

When deleting a device, please prompt to ask if the entries in the hunt groups and park groups should also be deleted. Currently it seems to delete from the park group but not from the hunt group - this is from memory and may not be correct. There may be cases where you don't want them deleted, because you a replacing a bad phone and will be adding a new device back to replace it. And I suppose there may be cases where you do want it deleted. So, it would be best to prompt for what is desired.
