There are use cases where IT support person manages Webex Meetings for end user at their site for a group using account that contains shared mail box email address, if that IT person goes on leave or out of office for various reasons, the backup support IT person is unable to login & manage Webex meetings for end users at the site. MFA / Password reset process takes some time & once the person is back again MFA / Password needs reset.

This scenario applies to all shared email box accounts. For example Legal team or Audit team doesn't want separate webex accounts for their team users, instead they wanted to use single account which is configured with shared email box. The whole team has access to that mailbox & uses it.
