configure E911 addresses differently for users while maintaining the use of the same DID for outbound calls across both locations.

I hope this message finds you well. We are currently in the process of setting up the WebEx calling environment for migration from a BE4K solution, and we are facing a challenge related to E911 configuration for multi-location setups.

Our organization, identified by the Org ID: 1b37ed13-45d3-4851-9cb5-1a86a8d66a8c, operates from two locations - Indiana and Texas. We have a single Auto Attendant (AA) tied to the main Indiana DID, which efficiently routes calls to extensions at both sites. All users, regardless of their location, out-pulse the same 10-digit DID for outbound calls to maintain uniformity and mask the Indiana main number. Importantly, none of our users possess personal DIDs; instead, they rely on individual 4-digit extensions.

Recognizing that the Texas phones were not configured correctly under BE4K for 911 purposes, we aim to rectify this issue during the migration to WebEx. However, we have encountered a roadblock in configuring users to send different physical addresses for E911 while utilizing the same DID for non-emergency calls across both sites.

Our attempts to create two locations in WebEx have been challenging, as it restricts the use of the same DID for outbound calls. Additionally, including Texas extensions in the Auto Attendant for the main Indiana location proves to be problematic.

Exploring the option of using RedSky, we discovered that creating a second location necessitates a unique DID for each user, posing another hurdle.

In light of these challenges, we kindly request guidance on how to achieve our goal of configuring E911 addresses differently for users in Texas while maintaining the use of the same DID for outbound calls across both locations. Alternatively, if there are constraints preventing this configuration, we would appreciate insights into the limitations to better understand the current system's constraints.

Your assistance in this matter would be invaluable to ensuring a seamless and compliant transition to WebEx Calling for our multi-location setup.

BLUF: We would like to be able to configure E911 addresses differently for users in Texas while maintaining the use of the same DID for outbound calls across both locations.
