increase interdigit timer Default, or Allow admins to set interdigit timer for the DECT Phones

When toll numbers are restricted, the default interdigit timer for webex DECT phones prevents dialing numbers that overlap with toll numbers.


IE:

Trying to dial extention 4111 conflicts with toll call 411.


the current work around is to contact support, to have interdigit timer changed per phone. Throughout the life of the phone, this change may have to be made manully many times. This is a waste of resources for customers, supporters, TACT.


As such, it would be great if there was a long term solutiont that doesn't involve ongoing manual work for Cisco TACT, and customers.
