Webex Teams Protocol Handler Options

Now i would like to open it in a new window like: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/n6ih8zz/Webex-App-%7C-Open-chats-and-spaces-in-separate-windows

So the Webex Teams Protocol Handler should have options that i can pass on to it. Something like this:
