This has been a big deal for our support department since we were upgraded to Converged on Nov 16th '23, almost overnight we lost remote control to a number of our customer sites without warning or explanation. After several months of investigation we've finally gotten WebEx to confirm what we already figured out: the option for the client to download a temporary EXE has been removed! I don't see any note about this in the Converged release notes. Cannot fathom why this was removed as security is only getting tighter so the need for TFS has only increased. This is forcing us to re-evaluate WebEx as our primary tool and currently looking into other products.
