Message reminders after "@all" in the space so all members can be reminded.

The request is:

Set Message reminders after @all in the space. After the specified time is reached, all members can be reminded.


The current action is to set Message reminders after @all. After the specified time is reached, only the user of @all can be reminded.

Other users who were @all need to manually set the reminder themselves.
