We have several Toll-Free Numbers which our third-party carrier forwards to Virtual Lines in Webex Calling. We are porting our TFNs from the third party into WxC and it would helpful if we could apply each TFN directly to its corresponding Virtual Line, rather than to an intermediate Hunt Group.
Toll Free numbers can be assigned to Group features like AA, HG, Call Queue. Toll free numbers can not be assigned to user devices.
Virtual lines can be assigned to user devices. Hence Toll free numbers can not be assigned to virtual lines.
You can continue to use it by assigning it to a HG and do call forward to the virtual line
