To expedite the release of Webex Help Center pages' updates in Japanese

We understand that the English version of the articles in Webex Help Center is released first, and then translated to other languages.

However, currently it takes long time before the articles gets translated into Japanese.

Hence, we are kindly requesting for the translation of the updates to be released faster, since for Japanese users, the contents would be easier to understand if it is in Japanese language.

If the above improvement will be applied, whenever there's an update in the article, the users will be able to see and understand the update as soon as possible, and check the changes before any issue arise.
