Make extension as default Call Priority Option instead of Hidden Option

Today Extension is not one of the available call option by default (when new org is created). We need to make sure extension is one of the available call option and not in hidden call option.

The customers are requesting around extension where extensions in Available Call Priority to be in visible call option on CH instead of under hidden call option. CH just makes the call to the api and get whatever the order is.

Several customers with configuration of 2 or 3 extensions using webex app, has been impacted when the service receives a new webex version. The request from our customers is to avoid loose extension configuration when the new version of webex is received
