On both the desktop OS and iOS/Android Webex clients, please provide a setting for an individual participant to turn off all incoming video in a Webex meeting.

There are of course meetings where video is very helpful for enriching communication, but there are others where video either adds little, or even diverts attention (from the audio and/or presentation), while increasing network and CPU load. I've appreciated the focused experience of the "commuter" mode in the Bluejeans mobile app, for example.

For both usability and energy footprint/sustainability reasons* please add an easy-to-find toggle for incoming video.

* If a small minority turned incoming video off for some meetings each week, the total energy impact could be very substantial.

(To avoid confusion, this request is not about a meeting owner configuring a meeting to have no video for all participants.)
