Webhooks for calling events

Supervisors often would like to get information around agents signing into queues, making themselves available or signing out and making themselves unavailable, for customer service reasons.

Availability of Webhooks for the above events will enable customers to develop applications that can provide supervisors use analytics around agents' availability, in turn enhancing customer service SLAs.
