Option to delete, rename, or update customized registration form questions in the "My Questions" tab

The ability to rename or delete questions that are no longer needed would not only clean up the list, but it would also ensure the user can confidently choose the correct question when adding it to a new form. Currently, there is no way to make changes to an existing question without saving it as an entirely new one. This creates multiple versions of the same question, and because there's no way to delete or rename them, all questions of the same type (dropdown, multiple choice, etc.) are saved with the same name, with no clear way to differentiate between them.
