Ability to update and reorder response options in dropdown list registration form questions

For dropdown list registration form questions, it would really help if there were a way to reorder (move response options up and down) the list without having to create a whole new question. Our form currently includes a required dropdown list question that includes over 120 options that must be listed alphabetically. Because the response options cannot be moved up or down, we have to start a new list from scratch any time new options are added. Not only is this time-consuming, but it also adds another entry of the same question (with the same name with no option to delete) to the list of customized questions in the "My Questions" tab.
