Webex Teams is stealing the focus away from whatever application (text editor, browser, virtual machine) currently has it and the focus is kept until the next Alt+Tab or mouse-click. I am on Windows 10 and, using ProcessExplorer, have observed the following

• atmgr.exe runs in parallel to other Webex Teams processes and is started along with them.

• When atmgr.exe starts it steals the focus and does not return it.

• After atmgr.exe has run for 10 minutes it starts wbxreport.exe, shortly after both processes stop, then within a few seconds CiscoWebExStart.exe starts itself and forks atmgr.exe - thus restarting the cycle.
