Allow More Granular Admin Privileges

We have a use case where a super user supports a portion of our room devices. We want to give this user custom elevated admin privileges.


We need to solve for the following -


Case 1 - Allow user administrative privileges only* for devices & only* for a particular location.

or

Case 2 - Allow user read-only privileges for devices & analytics -but only for analytics for devices.
