Manage Expressway certificates via Cloud Connect UC (CCUC)

Expressway is a key component of Cisco's on premises UC porfolio. We need to be able to track and manage certificates via the Cloud Connect UC dashboard within Control Hub like we can do for CUCM, IMP and Unity.
