Replace tool for mediatest

https://mediatest.webex.com/ does not work recently. Although we have health checker in Webex app, but customer is claiming it cannot be used by guest and it cannot test out UDP and TCP communication. They want to have a tool which is able to verify as a preliminary check even if users do not have an account. Also they want to confirm even UDP is blocked and it communicate using TCP.
