my.webex.com users can not access control hub easily because when they access admin.webex.com it will jump to web.webex.com.
Customer CAN NOT do any set on web.webex.com and they DO NOT know what's the difference between web.webex.com and admin.webex.com!!!
It will take a long time of troubleshooting on phone call and chat assistant because TAC can not see what is customer seeing.
