Ideas regarding calls placed on hold.

Customer would like a feature on phones where to resume a call that has been placed on hold, you simply lift the phone back up to continue the call. Or press the "green flashing line button" in order for the call to resume. Also being able to resume the call after picking up the handset, it is inconvenient to pick it up and have resume change to end call.
