Option to Disable WebEx App Key shortcuts Globally in Control Hub

Problem detected :WebEx App Version: 44.1.0.28423 with shortcuts

Comment 1.

WebEx apparently prevents the keystroke CTRL-D from being registered in ust about every application but especially in connections to our Linux/Sun/AIS boxes. This is not acceptable.
It is highly inconvenient to not have that keystroke available for everyday work.

Comment 2.
I've noticed that thaw new WebEx app installed on my BBVPN laptop is intercepting some keyboard shortcuts making other software like my IDE difficult to use. With WebEx open, I cannot use ctrl+d to select multiple instances in my IDE.

Comment 3.
This doesn't seem to be universal as my desk mate is able to get it working but I thought it might be worth reporting as a lot of people as using WebEx now and it seems to have this problem at least some of the time! The new WebEx desktop app that was added in a recent reboot has global shortcuts that override any other program that has a similar shortcut. These shortcuts are on by default. They are also extremely common, eg: "ctrl+d". They can be disabled, but there is no obvious reason why your shortcuts for other programs would suddenly stop working, so knowing to disable them takes a lot of debugging and digging around help forums.
