Device Analytics / network troubleshooting data available in Control Hub

Customers are asking for Device connectivity quality metrics when not using Webex meetings.

Currently the only / main way to get device connectivity quality data is when a using a Webex Meeting. Customers that love the devices but use other meetings platforms would benefit from this troubleshooting data.
