Zoom allows Cisco-webex mute sync through use of their enhanced room connector api, (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059940) If however, by migrating away from Zoom's connector and using the native Hybrid calendar/OBTJ we loose the ability for Webex/Zoom Mute sync.

If we use Webex Hybrid Calendar for OBTJ or the Webex native Zoom Join Button, we won't be able to take advantage of the mute sync offered by using the Zoom Enhanced Zoom Connector.

Please work to make mute sync between Webex Room devices & Zoom calls available.
