More detailed information of a webex calling call in the troubleshooting interface

I just realized that call forwardings are totally invisible in the troubleshooting GUI. It looks like the call terminated on the WxC Device but in reality the call was forwarded to the PSTN.
Also unsuccessful calls, zero duration calls need to show up in the troubleshooting interface.
