Redsky should Report MAC Address, and or IP Address

It would be useful if Redsky 911 alerts could include the mac address of the device that dialed 911.

When a softphone dials 911, it may move locations. Or in the case of iPhone, andorid, no location is reported. In those cercomstances it can be useful to know the mac address, and or IP address, of the device, in order to try and locate the caller using the local network. IE Meraki Dashboard

If some one calls 911, you may be trying to locate them by their device.

Redsky does not tell you if the call was placed from hardphone, or softphone. This information could help you locate where the call was placed.

If they called by iphone, and or android phone, redsky does not display any information that can help you locate the device on your network. IE IP addres, mac address.

For Mac/PC/iPad, Redsky doesnot display which HELD device the call was placed from. Which again makes more difficult to quickly locate the user / device. Sure you can try to locate all the HELD devices by user devices. But the user may have 4-5 devices to chase down.
