This is a very common Attendant Console feature to have a common set of outside contacts for Attendant Console users. Our front desk people have over 150+ contacts that will have to be created in Personal Contacts when they have Contacts in Control Hub that can be easily imported with .csv. Or allow us to add Personal Contacts (with defineable Groups) with .csv import.
This is a feature you can get on similar UCM products.
I have found a possible workaround using VIrtual Extensions.

Is there any way to populate contacts or numbers in the "Colleagues" field that aren't Webex users? We would like a way to create a set of shared contacts for our receptionists.
Previously with CUCM we would create contacts in AD. Then synch them into the directory.
Contacts in Calling Hub is even better, since we can import them in using .csv and avoid cluttering up AD, but useless for our Attendant Console users since they cant use them.
