missed the big part to the question: "..it is an all or nothing feature. Need the ability for users to login and out of specific hunt groups and call queues..."

A number of customers have asked for logging in and out of Call queues from MPP phones and at the moment the workaround of using DND is not good as it is all calls both for call queues and indivdual as well instead of specific queue.
