User needs to have a different primary email than existing tenant to login to SSO

user needs to have a different primary email than existing tenant. So that user can use a non primary email to authenticate and access webex

Suppose test account with a primary email address of xyz@YES.org with a user principal name of xyz@NO.org (this is also one of their mail aliases). When attempting to login with xyz@NO.org they shouldn't receive the error of single sign on failed Please use the same email.
