Option display DATE/TIME/TIMEZONE in "status"

Option to display DATE/TIME/TIMEZONE in "status" or some variation of those items as users can be in different time-zones/countries (inlcuding varying daylight savings times) and will gives users the ability to be more aware of when it might be better to communicate with a user
