Presenter View doesn't work properly

When on a video call and presenting in Presenter View, the presenter (only) should be able to see his notes, next slides, etc BUT the participants on the call should NOT see that view. They should ONLY see the presentation (one slide at a time and NO notes).

I would be happy to sit on a call with a developer to walk them through this. Zoom and Microsoft Teams has this capability, and it's VERY important to a presenter on video calls.
