Automatically migrate CP8800-a KEM

During a CUCM (Enterprise) phone migration to Webex (MPP), an attached KEM (CP8800-a) is not automatically migrated as well. To migrate these KEM devices, the attached phone configuration has to be manually change to reference a 'KEM type' of "CP-8800-Audio" or "CP-8800-Video" so that the KEM receives the correct firmware update and is then usable.


Request is to either, in order of preference:


  1. Have the phone automatically discover the attached KEM device and change the KEM type to match, or

  2. Provide an option in Control Hub to specify the KEM type in the device settings for the phone
