Attendance Console monitoring procedures need to be clarified.

As per Customer, the document to set up the Attendant Console is incorrect; needs to be clarified. The document is .
The document refers to selecting what number, workspace, etc, that the User can monitor. First, cannot select anything in the Attendant Console page for the user to monitor. Second on the USER > Advanced Call Settings page, where one can choose what the User can monitor, can only choose other extension and the Attendant Console works ONLY on Call Queue's.
