Record button on pop-out window - Webex Calling

When using Webex Calling and the Webex app, the small pop-out window only has the mute/video/hang up buttons. If I want to record the call, I have to hit maximize and then maximize that window to actually see the record button. Most users would not be able to figure this out. Please make it visible on the first pop-out call window when the CH configuration is set to "On Demand" or "Always with Pause/Resume".

Also, the Stop button is not functional when the setting is set to "Always" or "Always with Pause/Resume". To eliminate user confusion, this should be removed or greyed out at minimum.
