When sign in to a shared phone (Hot Desking) should support IDP for new deployments and authorization.

When using an IDP for authentication, the Webex app typically redirects the sign-in process through the IDP's sign-in page. If the user isn't already signed in, this can introduce additional steps or potential points of friction, especially if the IDP session isn't active or if the app doesn't handle the transition gracefully.
